CHOCOLATE CAKE

Baking Powder

Baking Soda

Cocoa Powder

Butter (Softened)

Brown Sugar

Egg

Milk

Chocolate Paste 

 

 

PROCEDURE

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. Sift and mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, butter and brown sugar. Blend well at medium speed for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the eggs gradually, while mixing at medium speed for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Gradually add in the milk and chocolate paste and blend well at low speed.
  5. Pour the batter into 6 inch round metal baking tin and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Let it cool before remove from mould.
