FUN BUTTER COOKIES
PROCEDURE
- Beat butter and caster sugar for a while before adding in the flour and salt. Lastly add in the lemon rind. Do not overmix the dough.
- Chill the dough for 15 minutes first before rolling out into various shapes.
- Bake at 180ºC for 10-15 minutes.
- Decorate with jam or melted chocolate.
