Vanilla Essence

Comb of Bananas (Sliced)

PROCEDURE

  1. Boil Ingredients A and strain it. Leave this aside to cool.
  2. Ingredients B - Beat eggs and caster sugar till thick and then add in the sieved dry ingredients.
  3. Add in Ingredients A & C (except bananas) into Ingredients B batter and mix well. Strain the mixture.
  4. Pour the batter into small greased moulds and place sliced bananas on top.
  5. Steam this for 20 minutes.
