INGREDIENTs B 

220g

Prima Top Flour

½ tsp

Baking Powder

½ tsp

Bicarbonate Soda

¼ tsp

Salt

 

INGREDIENTS c 

150g

Macadamia Nuts (Roasted)

150g

Chocolate Chips

PROCEDURE

  1. Beat Ingredients A with a paddle attachment till light.
  2. Add in Ingredients B and mix well.
  3. Fold in Ingredients C.
  4. Chill this dough before pinching small pieces onto lined baking trays.
  5. Bake at 180ºC for about 15 minutes.
