PROCEDURE

  1. In a mixing bowl with paddle attachment, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar.
  2. Whisk milk, corn syrup and vanilla essence and pour slowly into the mix.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients and add into the mixing bowl.
  4. Lastly, add chocolate chips, cranberry and pistachio, pinching small pieces onto a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 13 minutes.
