VEGETABLE CRISPS

INGREDIENTS

Prima Self Raising Flour

375g

Water

30g

Chopped Spring Onions

80g

Chopped Fresh Beans

50g

Sliced Onions

80g

Sliced Carrots

80g

Sliced Cabbage

7g

Chopped Chilli (optional)

¾ tsp

Salt

½ tsp

Pepper

½ tsp

Chicken Seasoning Powder
Cooking oil to fry

PROCEDURE

  1. Put self raising flour, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning powder and water in a big bowl and mix well.
  2. Add all the vegetables one by one and mix well to form a soft batter-type dough.
  3. Cover with cling wrap and rest the dough for about 1 hour.
  4. Scoop about ¼ cup of the dough with a ladle and place it into the hot oil.
  5. Spread it and deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
