WHOLEGRAIN LOAF WITH SUNFLOWER & PUMPKIN SEEDS

INGREDIENTS

Prima Superfine Wholegrain Flour

235g

Prima Bread Flour

5g

Salt

12g

Butter

7g

Yeast

5g

Crusty Bread Improver

13g

Sugar

200g

Water +/-

12g

Milk Powder

20g

Sunflower Seeds

20g

Pumpkin Seeds

 

PROCEDURE

  1. In a mixing bowl with a dough hook attachment, mix all the dry ingredients first before adding in the water, butter, salt and some of the sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
  2. Beat till it forms a soft dough. Once done, rest for 10 mins.
  3. Shape the dough into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan (8"x 4 ½"x 4").
  4. Proof till bread is double in size. Spray some water on top of the dough and sprinkle with more sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
  5. Bake at 200°C for 30 - 35 mins.
