Note: PrimaMix Bread Mix - Baking instructions are based on 3.2l bread making machine. Please adjust ingredients according to volumn of bread pan.

 

PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix

Basic Steps:
  1. Pour 270ml water into bread pan
  2. Add in 500g PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix
  3. Add 4g PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix)
  4. Select FRENCH setting and press START
  5. After baking, the bread maker will beep and stop automatically
  6. Remove baked bread from bread pan and allow it to cool for one hour before slicing

Unless otherwise stated, all the additional ingredients listed in the following recipes can be added into the machine when you hear the beep after the first round of mixing.

Capsicum Bread

Group 1 Ingredients:
Capsicum 150g
Butter 40g
Basil 1/3 tsp
Oregano 1/3 tsp
Salt a pinch
Pepper a pinch
Oregano 1g
Basil 1g

Group 2 Ingredients:
Water 230 ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g

Instructions
  1. Cut capsicum into cubes (3mm).
  2. Melt butter in frying pan and add capsicum.
  3. Season with basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Fry quickly, approximatelyabout 30 seconds.
  5. Remove pan and let it cool.
  6. Add Group 2 into bread pan.
  7. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  8. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add capsicum.
 
   

 

Carrot & Chive Loaf

Group 1 Ingredients:
Carrot 150g
Chive 30g
Butter 30g
Salt a pinch
Pepper a pinch

Group 2 Ingredients:
Water 230 ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g

Instructions
  1. Wash carrot, peel skin and shred coarsely. Tap dry with clean dry cloth.
  2. Wash chive and allow to air dry before slicing into 5mm thick.
  3. Melt butter in frying pan and add shredded carrot.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fry carrot until a little soft, approximately about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove pan, add chive and mix it in. Allow to cool.
  7. Add Group 2 into bread pan.
  8. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  9. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add carrot and chive.
 
   
 

Cherry Cheese Bread

Group 1 Ingredients:
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 150g
Glazed Cherry 80g

Group 2 Ingredients:
Water 250ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g

Instructions
  1. Add Group 2 into bread pan.
  2. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  3. Slice glazed cherry thinly.
  4. Put cheese and sliced cherry together in a bowl.
  5. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add cheese and cherry.
 
   
 

Chocolate With Garden Fresh Mint Bread

Group 1 Ingredients:
Water 270ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g

Group 2 Ingredients:
Chocolate Chips (Cooking Chocolate) 200g
Fresh Mint Leaves 10g
Water or Milk 60ml

Instructions
  1. Add Group 1 into the bread pan.
  2. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  3. Wash fresh mint leaves, dry and chop them finely.
  4. Set Group 2 aside
  5. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add in chocolate chips and chopped mint leaves.
  6. Gradually add in water or milk.
 
   
 

Coffee Bread

Water 200ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g
Fresh Egg 1 no (50g)
Coffee Emulco or Paste 10-15g

Instructions
  1. Pour water into bread pan.
  2. Add bread mix.
  3. Add yeast, egg and coffee emulco.
  4. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
 
   
 

Double Cheese Bacon Loaf

Group 1 Ingredients:
Water 270ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g

Group 2 Ingredients:
Turkey Bacon 100g
Butter 40g
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 200g

Instructions
  1. Add Group 1 into the bread pan.
  2. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  3. Cut bacon into small cubes (3mm x 3mm).
  4. Heat up frying pan, and add butter and bacon. Fry bacon until lightly brown.
  5. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  6. Set Group 2 aside.
  7. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add in Group 2.
 
   
 

Double Chocolate Chip Bread

Water 200ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g
Chocolate Emulco 5g
Chocolate Chips (Cooking Chocolate) 100g

Instructions
  1. Pour water into bread pan.
  2. Add bread mix.
  3. Add yeast and chocolate emulco.
  4. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  5. When the 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add in the chocolate chips.
 
   
 

Local Specialty Pork Floss White Bread

Pork Floss 150g

We recommend wetting the pork floss lightly by sprinkling it with some of the water to be added into the machine. For method, see Basic Steps above.

 
   
 

Mixed Fruit Loaf

Water 270ml
Primamix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g
Cinnamon Powder 5g
Mixed Fruits 100g

Instructions
  1. Pour water into bread pan.
  2. Add bread mix.
  3. Add yeast and cinnamon powder.
  4. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  5. When the ‘fruit signal’ beeps after 72 minutes, add in the mixed fruits.
 
   
 

Pandan Bread

Water 200ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g
Fresh eEgg 1 no. (50g)
Coconut powderPowder 20g
Pandan Flavour 2 drops
Apple Green Colour 2-3 drops

Instructions
  1. Pour water into bread pan.
  2. Add bread mix and yeast.
  3. Add egg, coconut powder, pandan flavour and colour.
  4. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
 
   
 

Raisin Bread

Water 270ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g
Raisins 120g

Instructions
  1. Pour water into bread pan.
  2. Add bread mix and yeast.
  3. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  4. When the 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add in the raisins.
 
   
 

Rosemary Onion Loaf

Group 1 Ingredients:
Onion 150g
Butter 30g
Rosemary 2g1 tsp
Paprika Powder 1/2 tsp
Basil 1g1/3 tsp
Oregano 1g1/3 tsp
Paprika Powder 1g
Salt a pinch
Pepper a pinch

Group 2 Ingredients:
Water 230ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g

Instructions
  1. Wash onion, peel skin and cut into cubes (5mm).
  2. Melt butter in frying pan and add onion.
  3. Add rosemary, paprika powder, basil and oregano.
  4. Fry onion until lightly brown, approximately about 3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove pan and let it cool.
  7. Add Group 2 into bread pan.
  8. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  9. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add in onion.
 
   
 

Tomato, Cheese & Fresh Basil Loaf

Group 1 Ingredients:
Water 260ml
PrimaMix High Fibre White Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) 4g

Group 2 Ingredients:
Tomato (fresh) 100g
Onion 50g
Garlic 15g
Garden Fresh Basil 8g10g
Butter 15g
Salt a pinch
Pepper a pinch
Shredded Cheddar Cheese 150g

Instructions
  1. Add Group 1 into the bread pan.
  2. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  3. Cut tomato and onion into small cubes (5mm x 5mm).
  4. Chop garlic and fresh basil finely.
  5. Heat up frying pan, add in butter and chopped garlic. Fry until fragrant.
  6. Add onion and fry for additional 2 minutes.
  7. Lastly, add tomato and fry for another minute.
  8. Season with pinch of salt and pepper.
  9. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  10. Mix shredded cheddar cheese with the rest of Group 2.
  11. Set Group 2 aside.
  12. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add in Group 2.
