Note: PrimaMix Bread Mix - Baking instructions are based on 3.2l bread making machine. Please adjust ingredients according to volumn of bread pan.
 

PrimaMix Brioche Bread Mix

Instructions
  1. Pour 210 ml fresh milk/UHT milk into bread pan.
  2. Add 1 medium size fresh egg and 120g soft butter/margarine.
  3. Add 500g PrimaMix Brioche Bread Mix.
  4. Add 6g PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast Gold (sachet included with bread mix).
  5. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  6. After baking, the bread maker will beep and stop automatically.
  7. Remove baked bread from bread pan and allow it to cool for one hour before slicing.

Cream Corn Bread

Fresh Milk 100ml
Cream Corn 100g
Butter 60g
Fresh Egg 1 no
Sugar 20g (2 tbsp)
PrimaMix Brioche Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast Gold (sachet included with bread mix) 6g
Corn Kernel 150g

Instructions
  1. Add milk, cream corn, butter, egg and sugar into bread pan.
  2. Add in bread mix and yeast.
  3. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  4. Drain corn kernel thoroughly.
  5. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add in corn kernel.
 
   

 

Peach Cream Bread

Milk 50ml
Dairy Cream 50ml
Butter 60g
Fresh Egg 1 no
Peach Halves (Canned) 250g
PrimaMix Brioche Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast Gold (sachet included with bread mix) 6g
Dried Apricot 150g

Instructions
  1. Cut peaches into small cubes (5mm x 5mm).
  2. Add milk, dairy cream, butter, egg and peaches into bread pan.
  3. Add bread mix and yeast.
  4. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
  5. Cut dried apricot into small cubes (3mm x 3mm).
  6. When 'fruit signal' beeps after 72 minutes, add in dried apricot.
 
   
 

Tropica Loaf

Banana 200g
Coconut Milk 110ml
Pandan Essence 8g (1 2/3 tsp)
Sugar 30g (3 tbsp)
Butter 60g
EggFresh Egg 1 no
Green Colouring 2-3 drops
PrimaMix Brioche Bread Mix 500g
PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast Gold (sachet included with bread mix) 6g

Instructions
  1. Cut banana coarsely.
  2. Add banana, coconut milk, pandan essence, sugar, butter, egg and green colouring into bread pan.
  3. Add bread mix and yeast.
  4. Select FRENCH setting and press START.
