Note: PrimaMix Bread Mix - Baking instructions are based on 3.2l bread making machine. Please adjust ingredients according to volumn of bread pan.
 

PrimaMix Multigrain Bread Mix

Instructions
  1. Pour 250ml water into bread pan.
  2. Add 480g PrimaMix Multigrain Bread Mix.
  3. Add 5g PrimaBake Instant Dry Yeast (sachet included with bread mix) and 14g (3/4 tbsp) honey.
  4. Select GRAIN setting and press START.
  5. After baking, the bread maker will beep and stop automatically.
  6. Remove baked bread from bread pan and allow it to cool for one hour before slicing.

Unless otherwise stated, all the additional ingredients listed in the following recipes can be added into the machine when you hear the beep after the first round of mixing.


Apricot Multigrain Bread


Dried Apricot 100g
PrimaFlour Plain Flour 20g

Instructions
  1. Cut apricot into 1 cm by 1 cm cubes.
  2. Sprinkle flour over diced apricot and leave in the fridge to retain the moisture. For method, see Basic Steps above.
 
   

 

Chocolate Chip Multigrain Bread

Chocolate Chips (Cooking Chocolate) 100g

Always keep chocolate chips in airtight container and store in a cool place. For method, see Basic Steps above.

 
   
 
Cranberry Multigrain Bread

Cranberries 140g

Cranberries can be bought off the shelf from supermarkets. If preferred, cranberries can be cut into halves. For method, see Basic Steps above.
 
   
 

Raisin Bread

Raisins 100g
PrimaFlour Plain Flour 20g

Instructions
  1. Wash dried raisins thoroughly under running tap for one minute.
  2. Coat the raisins evenly with flour and leave in fridge to retain the moisture.
  3. Leave raisins for an hour before adding to the machine. For method, see Basic Steps above
