PANDAN FUDGE CHIFFON CAKE
Pandan Chiffon Base
1 Packet of PrimaMix Pandan Chiffon Cake
Mix
7 Eggs 350 g
65 ml Water
65 ml Soya Bean Oil

| Instructions |
- Preheat oven to 175°.
- Mix eggs and water at low speed for
1 min while gradually adding PrimaMix
Pandan Chiffon Cake Mix.
- Whisk batter at:
High speed: 8 mins
Low speed: 1 min (while gradually adding
the oil until well-blended)
- Pour batter to about ¾ height
in an ungreased tube pan
- Bake for 45-50 mins in the preheated
oven.

Pandan Fudge
600 g Coconut Milk
80 g Castor Sugar
25 g Green Bean Powder
20 g Custard Powder
½ tsp Flavour & Colouring
- Mix all ingredients and stir to boil.
- Coat the chiffon with fudge.
- Pipe some fudge e.g. as thin lines, on top
of the coating.
- Sprinkle desiccated coconut onto the lower
part of the cake.
- Chill for 10 mins before serving.
