TEMPURA BATTER
1 Packet of PrimaMix Tempura Batter Mix
Ice Cold Water
Soya Bean Oil for Frying
Medium De-shelled Prawns with Tail intact,
Fish and Squid Piece, Green Pepper, Eggplant,
Lotus Root Slices, Mushrooms, etc. |
| Instructions |
- For every 100g of PrimaMix Tempura Batter
Mix, use 190-210ml of ice-cold water.
Whisk gently until well dispersed.
- Preheat oil over a high flame, then
reduce to medium heat (180°).
- Put some Tempura Batter Mix on a dry
plate. Coat the prawns with the dry Tempura
Batter Mix. Then dip into the batter.
- Deep-fry Prawns for 2-3 mins.
- Repeat with fish, squid and vegetables
as above.
