TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRIMAFLOUR SHOP & WIN! HARI RAYA FESTIVE DRAW (“PROMOTION”)
A. ELIGIBILITY

1. The Promotion is organized by Prima Limited (“Prima”).

2. The Promotion is open to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and residents of Singapore except (a) Employees of Prima, their advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies; (b) Prima affiliates and subsidiaries, their employees and their immediate families; (c) Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country or citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Promotion.

3. Persons below the age of 18 years are required to obtain their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent before participating in the Promotion and by participating in the Promotion such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained.

B. PROMOTION PERIOD


1. The Promotion, starts from 22 March 2023 and ends at 23:59 on 21 May 2023 (“Promotion Period”).


C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Spend a minimum of $8 on any PrimaFlour products in a single receipt during the Promotion Period for a chance to win the Prizes listed in paragraph D(1) herein. Scan the QR code set out on our collateral to complete the online form and upload a copy of the receipt to participate.
2. Personal information (including images) collected or received from the Participants may be used by Prima and/or its respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including conducting background check(s) on the Participant’s identity and verifying their eligibility to participate and receive a prize. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant explicitly allows and consents for Prima and/or its respective agents and agencies to contact the Participant via the Participant’s particulars provided for such purpose. Prima and its respective agencies value all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish the Participant’s personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of the Promotion or where required by law).


D. PRIZES


There are a total of 9 prizes (“Prizes” or each a “Prize”) with a total value of S$1,701 to be won.

2. Prizes are awarded on an ‘as-is’ basis and are not transferable, negotiable, refundable or exchangeable. Non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Prima reserves the right not to award any Prize or part thereof to any person who, for any reason whatsoever, fails to meet any stipulated requirement ore the terms and conditions herein to claim a Prize.
3. Prima reserves the right to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified for any reason whatsoever, with an alternative winner.


E. PRIZE NOTIFICATION, REDEMPTION AND VERIFICATION

1. The draw date is on 26 May 2023 and all winners will be notified by email accordingly.
2. To claim the winning prize, winners are required to produce the redemption letter and their original NRIC for verification against the full name and email address provided in their entry. Winners are also required to endorse an acknowledgement and redemption form upon collection.
3. All Prizes must be redeemed by 30 June 2023.

4. Prima’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.

G. OTHER CONDITIONS:


1. All promotional materials, including details on Participation and Prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any advertising, promotional or publicity materials in relation to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

2. In no event will Prima and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any of the Participant’s acceptance of the Prizes (if selected as winner), or their entry into the Promotion. By entering into the Promotion, the Participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Promoter and its Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.


3. Prima and its Affiliates make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or anything in these Terms and Conditions, Prima and its Affiliates are not liable for any defect in the Prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore.


4. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Prima reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice. Entry into this Promotion confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
5. A person who is not a party to any of the agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.


6. This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts in Singapore.
