ALMOND COOKIES
PROCEDURE
- In a mixing bowl with paddle attachment, cream together butter and icing sugar.
- Pour the egg yolk into the mixing bowl.
- Sift the dry ingredients and add into the mix.
- Roll the dough flat and use a square cookie cutter to cut out the shape. Lay it onto lined baking tray.
- Decorate with sliced almond on top of the cut dough.
- Bake at 180°C for 13 minutes.
