BUTTER COOKIES
PROCEDURE
- In a large bowl, whisk Prima Cookie Mix and the rest of the ingredients until a smooth dough is formed.
- Rest the dough in the chiller for 30 minutes or more.
- Divide the dough into 15g dough balls and place it on a greased baking paper.
- Bake at 175°C for 12 minutes or until edges are brown.
- Cool on a wire rack and ready to serve.
