BUTTERMILK BLUEBERRY PANCAKE
PROCEDURE
- Mix ingredients together except blueberries until a smooth batter is formed.
- Add blueberries into the batter and smash it slightly.
- Heat frying pan over medium heat and pour in the batter as desired.
- Gently flip the pancake over when bubbles begin to set around the edges. Cook for 1-2 minutes more, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, with desired toppings.
