PROCEDURE
- Boil Ingredients A and strain it. Leave this aside to cool.
- Ingredients B - Beat eggs and caster sugar till thick and then add in the sieved dry ingredients.
- Add in Ingredients A & C (except bananas) into Ingredients B batter and mix well. Strain the mixture.
- Pour the batter into small greased moulds and place sliced bananas on top.
- Steam this for 20 minutes.
