In a mixing bowl with a dough hook attachment, mix all the dry ingredients first before adding in the water, butter, salt and some of the sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
Beat till it forms a soft dough. Once done, rest for 10 mins.
Shape the dough into a log and place it in a greased loaf pan (8"x 4 ½"x 4").
Proof till bread is double in size. Spray some water on top of the dough and sprinkle with more sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
