| 150g | Prima Top Flour |
| 210g | Butter |
| 112g | Sugar |
| 75g | Ground Almond |
| 75g | Ground Cashew |
| 1.5g | Salt |
Toppings:
| As desired | Cashew Nuts |
1. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add in Prima Top Flour and the remaining ingredients, mix well.
3. Transfer to a piping bag with a round piping tip.
4. Pipe onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
5. Top each cookie with a cashew nut.
6. Preheat oven at 150°C and bake for 18 mins.
