Prima Top Flour

20g

Vegetable Oil

11/3 tsp

Salt

5 tsp

Sugar

1 no

Egg

348 g

Coconut Milk

348 ml

Water

1 tsp

Pandan Paste

PROCEDURE

  1. Mix together Prima Top Flour, salt and sugar.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Add in flour mixture and mix until smooth batter is formed.
  4. Strain batter to remove lumps and transfer into cup/ squeeze bottle.
  5. Preheat a non-stick saucepan at medium heat. Brush a little oil on the pan.
  6. Form a lace pattern with the batter and cook for 1-2 minutes until crêpe sets..
  7. Remove from heat and fold in all 4 sides of the crêpe and roll to form a neat package.
  8. Repeat steps 5 to 7 until all of the batter is used up.
  9. Serve with your favourite curry or rendang.
