SAMBAL COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

Prima Top Flour

110g

Butter

70 g

Sugar

1 tsp

Baking Powder

30g

Rice Flour

½ tsp

Salt

120 g

Sambal Paste

PROCEDURE

  1. Mix Prima Top Flour and dry ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Whisk butter until soft and mix well with flour mixture and sambal paste.
  3. Chill dough in the fridge for 15 - 20 minutes before pinching small pieces (20-30g) onto lined baking trays. Sprinkle some hae bee hiam (spicy dried shrimps) as toppings.
  4. Preheat oven to 160°C and bake for 20 – 25 minutes.
