- Whisk together the butter and salt until smooth and light.
- Mix in Prima Cookie Mix and egg, mix until a rough dough is formed.
- Add in crispy chicken floss and sesame seeds, mix until evenly combined.
- Divide the dough into 15g dough balls and place it on a greased baking paper.
- Bake at 175°C for 12 minutes or until edges are brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving or storing.
Tips: Sprinkle chicken floss on the dough before baking for more pronounced flavour and texture.
