SEA SALT CHOCOLATE COOKIE

INGREDIENTS

260g

Prima Plain Flour

1 tsp

Baking Powder

1 tsp

Sea Salt 

50g

Cocoa Powder

225g

Butter

180g

Light Brown Sugar

75g

Sugar

½ tsp

Vanilla Essence

200g

Chocolate, chopped

PROCEDURE

  1. Sift and mix Prima Plain Flour, baking powder, sea salt and cocoa powder. Set aside flour mixture.
  2. Mix sugar and light brown sugar. Add in butter and cream till light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and continue creaming.
  3. Fold in flour mixture and add in chopped chocolate.
  4. Take 1 tbsp of cookie dough and roll into a ball. Press it down on the baking pan to flatten it slightly.
  5. Refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  6. Bake the chilled cookie dough at 170°C for 15 – 18 minutes.​​​
