Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

210g Prima Cake Flour
3g Baking Powder
2.5g Baking Soda
15g Cocoa Powder
189g Butter (Softened)
210g Brown Sugar
197g Egg
4g Milk
10g Chocolate Paste

PROCEDURE

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. Sift and mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, butter and brown sugar. Blend well at medium speed for 1 minute.
  3. Add in eggs gradually while mixing at medium speed for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Gradually add in the milk and chocolate paste and blend well at low speed.
  5. Pour the batter into 6 inch round metal baking tin and bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Let it cool before remove from mould.
