Pistachio, Cranberry & Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

256g Prima Top Flour
137g Salted Butter
87g Brown Sugar
55g White Sugar
27g Milk
45g Corn Syrup
10g Vanilla Essence
4g Baking Soda
165g Dark Chocolate Chips
95g Pistachio Nuts
95g Cranberry

PROCEDURE

  1. In a mixing bowl with paddle attachment,cream together buttercream together butter,sugar and brown sugar.
  2. Whisk milk,corn syrup and vanilla essence and pour slowly into the mix.
  3. Sift the dry ingredients and add into the mixing bowl.
  4. Lastly, add chocolate chips , cranberry and pistachio, pinching small pieces onto a lined baking tray.
  5. Bake at 180°C for 13 minutes.
