INGREDIENTS

300g Prima Plain Flour Plus
190g Warm Water
35ml Olive Oil
¼ tsp Sugar
2g Salt
3g Dry Yeast

PROCEDURE

  1. Mix ingredients together until pizza dough is formed.
  2. Knead the dough for 20 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1.5 hours.
  3. Roll out the dough flat and add your desired toppings.
  4. Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
  5. Pizza is ready to serve.
