Vegetable Crisps

INGREDIENTS

300g Prima Self Raising Flour
375g Water
30g Chopped Spring Onions
80g Chopped Fresh Beans
50g Sliced Onions
80g Sliced Carrots
80g Sliced Cabbage
7g Chopped Chilli (optional)
¾ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Chicken Seasoning Powder
Cooking oil to fry

PROCEDURE

  1. Put self raising flour, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning powder and water in a big bowl and mix well.
  2. Add all the vegetables one by one and mix well to form a soft batter-type dough.
  3. Cover with cling wrap and rest the dough for about 1 hour.
  4. Scoop about ¼ cup of the dough with a ladle and place it into the hot oil.
  5. Spread it and deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
