Butter Walnut Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

Ingredients A

170g Butter
120g Caster Sugar
1 tsp Ovalett
5 Small Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

Ingredients B

120g Prima Cake Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder

Ingredients C

60g Ground Walnut
30g Chocolate Rice

PROCEDURE

  1. Whisk Ingredients A well.
  2. Add in Ingredients B and mix well.
  3. Lastly, add in Ingredients C.
  4. Pour batter into cupcake casing and bake at 180ºC for 15 – 20 minutes.
