24g Salt
12g Malt Liquid (6g Malt + 6g Water)
10g Instant Dry Yeast
680g + 300g Water
25g Olive Oil

PROCEDURE

Mixing Method

  1. Mix Tower Brand Flour + Salt + Malt liquid + Water(680g) Low speed 1min
  2. Add Instant Dry Yeast Low speed 1min
  3. Olive Oil Low speed 1min + Medium speed untill combine
  4. Add Water (300g) slowly
